Hi, I'm Citlalli Flores Zepeda, a bilingual brand developer with over 18 years of experience in the branding and marketing industry.

Growing up in Mexico, I graduated with honors from a prestigious private university, where I earned a scholarship to study Business Administration. This academic achievement laid a strong foundation for my career in branding and marketing.

After moving to the United States, I dedicated myself to helping businesses establish, consolidate, and expand their brands. I've always believed that a brand is more than just a logo or a catchy tagline; it's the essence of what a business stands for, its core values, offerings, and promises. Crafting brand identities that truly reflect these elements has become my passion.

My journey wasn't straightforward. Before founding my own agency, Citlalli Brands, I worked as a tax preparer. This experience gave me a unique perspective on business operations and financial strategies. Over the past 18 years, I've had the privilege of serving many businesses, including seven years dedicated to the Fairfield community.

But my story is also deeply personal. I'm a dedicated wife to Carlos Chavez and a loving mother to two wonderful children: Alfa, who is 15, and Rafael, who is 3. My family is my foundation, and their support has been instrumental in my journey.

In my personal life, I find peace and inspiration in the natural beauty of Lake Tahoe. I love dining at restaurants with waterfronts, especially enjoying a good steak or Italian meal. Photography, traveling, self-improvement, and continuous learning are some of my passions. I also enjoy economic development, shopping, listening to audiobooks and music, watching movies, and attending tradeshows, conferences, and networking events.

Mission and Values

My burning desire is to help people improve the quality of their lives by becoming successful business owners and creators of generational wealth through strong, successful brands. One thing you might not know about me is that I won a chess tournament in middle school in Mexico without having a teacher or belonging to a club, which speaks to my natural strategic thinking abilities.

Philosophy of Success

Faith and gratitude are my guiding principles. I believe that maintaining a strong faith, regardless of the circumstances, is essential. This means always thanking God, even when things don't go as expected, and viewing every challenge as a valuable learning experience. For me, every setback is an opportunity to grow and refine my approach. I believe in the power of perseverance and the importance of continuously tweaking my plans until I accomplish my goals. This philosophy has not only helped me navigate the complexities of my professional life but has also been instrumental in my personal growth. By embracing a mindset of gratitude and unwavering faith, I have learned to stay positive and focused, no matter what obstacles come my way.
